Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 3rd June, 2018) Pakistani cricketing legend Wasim Akram celebrated his 52nd birthday on Sunday and wishes poured in for him from all across the world.

Replying to all the birthday wishes, Akram wrote on his Twitter, “After all these years it’s still overwhelming. I can’t thank you enough for all the love that everyone has given to me now on my birthday & every day after. You remember me and you all support me. Thank you from every place in my heart.”

However, it was “By the way, I think I’m getting on a bit” part that took people’s attention who then asked if he is ageing backwards because he does not seem to get older.

Wasim Akram is a former Pakistani first-class cricketer, cricket commentator and television personality. He is acknowledged as one of the greatest bowlers of all time.

Wasim AKram has made many records on his name.He brought 1992 World Cup home and is known as the Sultan of Swing. He retired from Test matches in 2002 and in ODIs in the 2003.
