DUBAI, (Pakistan Point News - 02nd Jun, 2018) Dubai Investments PJSC, DFM: DIC, the leading, diversified investments company listed on the Dubai Financial Market, has announced that its wholly owned real estate subsidiary, Dubai Investments Real Estate Company, DIRC, has won the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system.
The ISO certification, received from the Russian Register and IQ Net international certification network, is in recognition of the DIRC’s quality management and organisational excellence in real estate development, purchase and sale of real estate, leasing and management of self-owned property and property guard services.
Regarding the award, Obaid Mohammed Al Salami, General Manager of DIRC, said, "The ISO 9001 certification for the DIRC is a major endorsement of the company’s processes and systems, in line with international standards in the real estate sector. The certification recognises and validates the DIRC’s achievements, as well as its commitment to providing quality services and excellence across its entire operations.

Since its inception in 2006, the DIRC has established real estate landmarks, each of which is unique in its own way.
