Overseas Pakistanis Commission intervention, UK Bases expatriate gets back his Rs3mln

During to efforts and intervention of Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab, a UK based Overseas Pakistani got back his three million rupees

Lahore, (Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2018) : During to efforts and intervention of Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab, a UK based Overseas Pakistani got back his three million rupees. Vice Chairperson OPC Senator Shaheen Khalid Butt and Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti informed that Arshad Mubashar, settled in Nottingham, UK, lodged a complaint that he made an agreement to buy a house situated in Naulakha Lahore and paid three million rupees as earnest money but owner has sold the house to someone else.

The complaint was referred to District Overseas Pakistanis Committee (DOPC) Lahore for further action, which after continuous efforts ensured the payment of three million rupees to the expatriate Pakistani. Shaheen Khalid Butt and Afzaal Bhatti further said that OPC is vigorously pursuing the complaints of Overseas Pakistanis and so far thousands of the issues have been solved.
