New Office-bearers Of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Elected

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th May, 2018 ) :Brig (retd) Khalid Sajjad Khokhar and former Pakistan hockey captain, Shahbaz Ahmad, were re-elected as president and secretary of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) on Tuesday.

The final phase of the PHF elections was conducted in Islamabad under the supervision of Chief Election Commissioner Chaudhry Mohammad Riaz, said a spokesman for the PHF here. He said the office-bearers were elected for a fresh term of four years.

Following are the new office-bearers:- President, Brigadier (retd) Khalid Sajjad Khokhar, Vice Presidents, Khawar Anwar Khawaja (Punjab), Mohamad Saeed Khan (Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa), Chaudhry Ismail Gujjar (Balochistan) and Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah (Sindh).

Secretary, Shahbaz Ahmad, Treasurer, Moahmmad Ikhlaq Usmani. President Brig (retd) Khalid Khokhar thanked the house for reposing confidence in him. He also expressed his resolve to put in all his efforts for betterment of the game.
