Meeting To Review Issues Of Attached Teaching Hospitals

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -24th Sep,2016) : Secretary Specialised Healthcare and Medical education Punjab Najam Ahmad Shah has called a meeting on Thursday to review matters related to the attached teaching hospitals of King Edward Medical University (KEMU) and Fatima Jinnah Medical University (FJMU).
He said that the issues related to the satellite hospitals would be resolved on priority basis to enhance the performance of the said Hospitals. He issued these instructions while presiding over a meeting with regard to the government Mian Munshi Hospital in his office here on Saturday.
Najam Ahmad Shah said that agenda for the next meeting should be prepared keeping in view the financial matters, visits of senior doctors to the said hospitals and matters related to PGRs training.
The issues related to the Government Mian Munshi Hospital, Government Said Mitha Hospital, Government Nawaz Sharif Yakki Gate, Government Khawaja Saeed Hospital, Government Shadhara Hospital and Government Mozang Hospital would come under discussion in the meeting on Thursday.
Besides, Special Secretary Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Dr. Sajid Chohan, Vice Chancellor FJMU Prof. Dr. Fakhr Imam, Deputy Secretary Budget & Accounts Health Department Sarfraz Ahmad, DO Finance City District Government and other officials attended the meeting.
