Quaid-e-Azam Trophy Grade-II Final: Karachi Needs 71 Runs To End Multan's Lead

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th May, 2018 ) ::Karachi Region blues team is facing trouble in final match of Quaid-e-Azam trophy Grade-II as it needs 71 runs more to balance the first innings lead of Multan region.
According to details, the four days final match is being played at Multan cricket stadium. On second day the Karachi started its second innings and could score 81 runs for loss of four wickets in 33 overs.
The team requires 71 runs more to end the Multan region's first innings 306 score lead while it has six wickets behind.
Amir Yamin from Multan region took two wickets. Karachi blues had scored 154 runs all-out in fist innings.The Multan region bowlers' tremendous bowling, five wickets by Zulfiqar Babar and three wickets by Amir Yamin, put the Karachi team in trouble.
Multan region scored 306 runs all-out in the fist innings as Abdul Rehman Muzammil scored 113 runs and Waqar Hussain added 89 runs in the total. The winner team would qualify for first-class Quaid-e-Azam trophy next session. APP/sak/zqr
