43 held with drugs, weapons

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Sep, 2016 ) : The police claimed on Saturday to have arrested 43 criminals and recovered drugs and illegal weapons from their possession. According to police, police teams arrested nine drug peddlers and four illegal weapon holders and recovered 64 litre liquor, 351 bottle wine, 1270 grams Hashish, three pistols, a gun and bullets, respectively from their possession.

Police also claimed to have apprehended 30 proclimed offenders wanted in different cases of dacoity, robbery, theft etc. Cases have been registered against the accused.
