Finger-sensor boxes enable secure mobile charging at New Islamabad Airport

A separate station has been allotted for the passengers to charge their mobile phones

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 2nd May, 2018) Pakistan’s biggest New Islamabad International Airport (NIIA), built on the designs of Mughal and Spanish architecture and equipped with latest technology, is was inaugurated on Tuesday by Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.

What’s interesting in the airport’s security system is that a separate station has been allotted for the passengers to charge their mobile phones. Nobody can steal the phone even if one leaves it there. Separate charging boxes have been made to curb mobile theft. Only the owner of the gadget will be able to access these boxes as they can only be opened with their finger prints.

Another advantage of this facility is that nobody can access the mobile phone even if somebody forgets to get it back. The owner of the phone can take it back any time. The facility of airport is being widely appreciated on social media.

Moreover, latest laser security system has also been installed for the purpose.

To facilitate and entertain the passengers, the airport also comprises three shopping malls, a golf course, cinema house, hospital, convention centre and duty-free shops and restaurants. A self-check counter, long-time parking, eight fire crash tenders, latest air field, an MRO system to provide technical assistance to the airplanes and a separate cargo terminal of international standards have been built in the new Islamabad airport.
