Pakistan Vanaspati Manufacturers Association (PVMA) delegation led by its chairman Mr. Abdul Waheed called on the Minister of State for Finance, Rana Muhammad Afzal khan here on Monday.
Islamabad, (Pakistan Point News - 23rd Apr, 2018) : Pakistan Vanaspati Manufacturers Association (PVMA) delegation led by its chairman Mr. Abdul Waheed called on the Minister of State for Finance, Rana Muhammad Afzal khan here on Monday. During the meeting of the delegation with the Finance Minister, tax-related issues faced by the Vanaspati Ghee manufacturers came under discussion. The delegation requested Minister's support for early release of payments to Ghee Mills by Utility Stores Corporation. Solving the issue, the delegation said would help in resolving the liquidity crunch of the industry. On the occasion, the delegation also shared with the Minister latest steps taken by the manufacturers to improve quality of edible oil and Ghee. The Minister assured the delegation of all possible cooperation in resolving their problems.
