Hyderabad and Multan Regions team's could not make a big total on the first day of semi-final of Quaid-e-Azam trophy Grade-II, being played at Multan cricket stadium.
MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Apr, 2018 ) :Hyderabad and Multan Regions team's could not make a big total on the first day of semi-final of Quaid-e-Azam trophy Grade-II, being played at Multan cricket stadium.
Multan region won the toss and decided to bowl first. Hyderabad region scored 117 all-out in 48 overs.
Shoaib Leghari from Hyderabad remained highest scorer with 38 runs, while Saad Khan added 27 to the total.
Ahsan Baig from Multan region took three wickets and Zulfiqar Babar two. Multan Region started its innings and could score only 111 runs for loss of nine wickets till end of the first day of three days match.
Zain Abbas scored 50 runs not out. Nouman Akbar from Hyderabad took six wickets and Babar Khan took two wickets. Hakim Shah and Asif Farooq Awan were umpires, Ashraf Ali referee and Muhammad Akbar scorer.
