DFID Projects In Punjab Hailed

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -20th Sept,2016) : Provincial Secretary Women Development Department Bushra Aman on Tuesday appreciated ongoing projects of DFID in the province and said the Punjab government highly valued cooperation being extended by Britain in investment, technology, good governance and other sectors.

She was talking to newly appointed representative of DFID in Lahore Ruth Graham here at her office.

Outgoing head of DFID Lahore Ben French was also present on the occasion. Bushra Aman said that work was continuing on projects in health, education, economy, good governance and other sectors with the cooperation of DFID in Punjab.

Head of DFID in Lahore, Ruth Graham said the Punjab government had taken important steps for the uplift of different sectors. She also apprised the provincial secretary of different projects of DFID.
