Rawalpindi, (Pakistan Point News – 20th September, 2016) : European Union (EU) special representation to Afghanistan met with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) at GHQ on Monday. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), European Union (EU) special representative to Afghanistan Franz Michael called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Monday. The meeting was held at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in which they discussed regional security situation and affairs of bilateral interest. The EU diplomat praised Pakistan's achievements in the war against terrorism that aims for peace in the region and the world during the meeting.
