Sahiwal, (Pakistan Point News – 20th September, 2016) : Muhammad Tufail Jutt, candidate Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has won the by-election of NA-162 Sahiwal-III. According to unofficial results, Muhammad Tufail Jutt of PML-N secured 67,210 votes while PTI candidate secured 61,843 votes. Chaudhry Shahzad, PPP candidate got 15,343 votes. Punjab Chief Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that result of by-election of NA-162 is evidence of the good governance by the current government. He said that the result shows that PML (N) is popular party of the country.
