The fans extended best wishes for the couple. However, when it comes to the personal lives of actors and actresses, the fans sometimes think of the on-screen couple as the real-life couple. Similarly, Aisha Khan’s friendship with Hamza Ali Abbasi had also remained controversial and fans thought of the two as being in a relationship.
Commenting on Aisha’s picture with her fiancé, someone said, “What would happen of Hamza now?” to which Aisha replied, “He is my best friend, he will be a witness on my wedding. What else?” Aisha’s reply went viral on social media. Earlier, Aisha bid farewell to the entertainment industry and announced getting married in her Instagram post, saying, “My fiancé and I are overwhelmed with all the love and prayers that have poured in thus far.
I had made my announcement to leave my media career as I now prefer to stay away from the limelight. We got engaged last year and have known each other for several years before.” Requesting for privacy, she said, “We would request privacy from here on and expect everybody to respect our decision of keeping our wedding a small family affair. Please remember us and our families in your prayers!” Aisha’s fiancé Uqbah Hadeed is a senior officer of the Pakistan Army. Media reports say that her reception will be held on April 15.
