Islamabad (Pakistan Point News - 4th Apr, 2018 ) Veteran journalist Arif Nizami while talking on a tv program said that being a lawyer, Aitzaz Ahsan has said a very good thing. “Aitzaz said that even if former prime minister Nawaz Sharif is sentenced, there is a possibility that he can be released,” Nizami said. “He can get released from either High Court or somewhere else. Even if all the doors are closed for Nawaz Sharif, the prime minister can write a letter to the president for an appeal for mercy and terminating the sentence,” he added. Nizami further said in humorous way, “Thirdly, Mamnoon Hussain is a grateful man, you never know he might accept it.” But one thing is confirmed that Nawaz Sharif knows that he can’t contest for the office of prime minister in the next elections, he said.
