Kashmir Council EU calls for deterrence of genocide of Kashmiris in IHK

Kashmir Council EU has strongly�condemned�Indian forces fresh brutal attacks on the civilians in Shopian and Anantnag districts of Indian Held Kashmir (IHK).

� Brussels, (Pakistan Point News - 2nd Apr, 2018) : Kashmir Council EU has strongly�condemned�Indian forces fresh brutal attacks on the civilians in Shopian and Anantnag districts of Indian Held Kashmir (IHK). � It is to mention that Indian forces killed four civilians in Shopian and Anantnag. The people who came out for protest on the killings, were also targeted which resulted into injuring of more than 100 people. The occupation forces used bullet and pellet guns on the masses participated in the procession.

In a statement Mr Ali Raza Syed said, Indian forces kill the people in state terrorism as the extra judicial murders of the innocent Kashmiris specially youth by the Indian forces is a routine matter in IHK. He also condemned suspension of internet services after fresh attacks in Indian Held Kashmir. Chairman Kashmir Council EU pointed out that deployment of eight lakhs Indian troops in IHK is a proof of occupation as a large scale human rights violations are being committed by these occupation forces.

Indian authorities are engaged to press the peaceful mass resistance by use of brutal force and atrocities. � Expressing solidarity with the oppressed people of Kashmir, Chairman Kashmir Council EU Ali Raza Syed said, we will continue our support to the oppressed people of Kashmir. People of Kashmir are struggling peacefully for right of self-determination but India is pressing them by use of a brutal force. � He appealed human rights organizations and international community including United Nations to take serious notice of the state terrorism committed by Indian forces. Ali Raza Syed specifically demanded UN, EU and other international bodies to send their fact-finding missions to IHK and play their role for prevention of genocide of Kashmiris specially extra judicial killings of the Kashmir youth committed by the Indian forces in the occupied territory.
