MUET Student To Attend UN General Assembly Session

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -16th Sept,2016) : A Computer Science Department student of Mehran University of Engineering and Technology will attend the upcoming General Assembly session of the United Nations in New York, USA.
According to a press release issued here Friday, Deepa Kumari who belongs to Umerkot district would among the students from 20 countries of the world who would attend the session scheduled for September 20.
The press release further informed that only 2 students, including one from Multan, from Pakistan had been selected for attending the session which was being sponsored by the USAID. The Vice Chancellor Muhammad Aslam Uqaili extended congratulations to Kumari before she left for the US to attend the session. "She will represent MUET on a global forum," he said in his statement.
