Lahore(Pakistan Point News - 07th Mar, 2018 ) According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 45% Pakistanis say had they been the judge adjudicating the case on time limit of disqualification, they would have disqualified Nawaz Sharif and Jehangir Tareen for life. 45% say they would disqualify for a limited time. A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Recently a case has been registered in the Supreme Court, which will determine whether Nawaz Sharif and Jehangir Tareen’s disqualification as per earlier judicial orders is for life or will they be able to participate in the election again.
If you were the judge, would you have sentenced them to life time disqualification or only for a limited time?” In response to this question, 45% said limited time, 45% said life time and 10% did not know or wish to respond.
