FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 02nd Mar, 2018 ) :Pakistan is included in top charity donating countries but it should be our prime responsibility to ensure that our donations should reach to the deserving destitute.
Addressing a seminar on " Haq Haqdar Tak" Project Manager Khurram Shahzad said that government had initiated a well organized campaign to ensure that charity should not be exploited by terrorists or undeserving elements.
Every Pakistani is bound to take extra care so that their, Zakat, Sadqaat and other donations relating to religious obligations should be enjoyed by the really deserving people, he said and added that it is not only our moral obligation but it is also our religious duty which aims to bridge the gap between the poor and affording classes.
The seminar was also addressed by Nabeel Imtiaz, Dr Farkhanda and Dr. Tahir Siddiqi. During seminar, special essay writing, paintings and poster competitions were also arranged while prizes of Rs 5,000 each were distributed among top positions holders.
