Dentistry Conference Converse Upon Research And Innovation

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -9th Sept,2016) : The Institute of Dentistry, Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS) Jamshoro, Friday organized a daylong dental research conference under the theme "Basic Research and Modern Innovation in Dentistry".

The conference provided a platform to interact with international speakers and researchers including Dr. Syed Jamaluddin and Dr. Erum Saleem from King Abdul Aziz University Saudi Arabia and Dr.

Erum Khan from the University of Birmingham United Kingdom. The conference provided a significant contribution at the cutting edge of regeneration and rehabilitation sciences, dental materials and quantitative image analysis coupled with opportunity to develop concepts of undertaking novel research in dentistry.

The Pro-Vice Chancellors LUMHS Professor Aneela Atta Ur Rehman and Professor Munir Ahmed Junejo also attended the conference and encouraged dental students to contribute in research and modern innovation by taking part in research projects.

They emphasized that oral and dental research is providing a solution to important problems significantly impacting the population and also helping to deliver the vision for a quality of life and a health community.

The participants from Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Isra University, Bhittai Medical and Dental College interacted with the speakers in the questions session and developed a comprehensive understanding of basic research and scientific studies. APP/jvd/ali/rn
