Overseas Pakistanis Commission Resolves 60 Percent Complaints Of Expatriates

Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Chairperson Shaheen Khalid Butt and Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti have said that innovative step of establishing the OPC had been taken to secure rights of Pakistanis living abroad.
LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2018 ) :Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Chairperson Shaheen Khalid Butt and Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti have said that innovative step of establishing the OPC had been taken to secure rights of Pakistanis living abroad.
Since its inception, the OPC has exhibited exceptional performance in resolution of complaints of expatriates and more than 60% of the received complaints had been resolved amicably so for, they added.
In a statement, they said the OPC strived to resolve problems of Overseas Pakistanis and addresses complaints through web portal system, designed by the Punjab Information Technology board (PITB), giving electronic access to every Pakistanis living any where in the world.
Shaheen Khalid Butt and Afzaal Bhatti said that the satisfaction of the complainant was an ultimate objective, hence regular feedback till the resolution of the problem was ensured.
