Rio de Janeiro, (Pakistan Point News – 8th September, 2016) : 2016 Paralympic Games have begun on Tuesday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Opening ceremony of the event was on Wednesday with colors, music, samba, parading wheelchairs and giant balloons in Rio de Janeiro. The Paralympics are an international sporting event for athletes with physical or intellectual impairments. Around 4,300 athletes more than 160 countries are competing at the Rio 2016 Paralympics.
