KARACHI,(Pakistan Point News - 09th Feb, 2018 ) : Sindh Minister for Labour, Transport and Information, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is always doing a lot to uplift and improve the living standard oppressed people in every aspect of life. He said that that’s why the Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto had launched first labour policy on 10 February 1972 which is systematic and historic example and step towards the betterment of the workers and safeguarding their rights in a scientific and uprising way.
Syed Nasir Hussain Shah stated this while chairing an important meeting of Tripartite Labour Standing Committee at his office here on Friday. The meeting was attended by Mr. Majyd Aziz, Mr. Siraj Qasim Taili, Karamat Ali, Habibuddin Junaidi, Fasih Karim, Zehra Khan, Lal Bux Kalhoro, Liaquat Magsi, Shafiq Ghani, Noorul Hadi, Farhat Parveen, Jamshed Chandi Wala, Secretary Labour Abdul Rasheed Solangi, Director Labour Khadim Hussain Bhutto, Commissioner SESSI, Dr.
Nasimul Ghani Sahto, Addl: Secretary Bux Ali Mehar and others attended the meeting. On the occasion Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has reiterated that our great leaders Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali, Mohtarma Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and other party leaders always taken people oriented projects and we all follow their path to work hard for implementation over the first ever tripartite Labour Policy without any differences and made fully consensus.
Labour Policy which will be announced February 10, 2018 as the First was made by Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto on February 10, 1972 after that we would go for the necessary legislation to fully implement and follow the policy to further protect the rights of labours which had to industrial growth and opportunities of trade and industry. Habibuddin Junaidi, Karamat Ali while appreciating the steps of the government, PPP and other stakeholders described the policy as industrial friendly.
They said that Sindh is leading province to consensus over the policy other parts of the country may follow Sindh within their environment and position of workers class. Mr. Siraj Qasim Taili, Maid Aziz and others had also addressing said that the credit goes to all of us especially Syed Nasir Husssain Shah, Sindh CM Syed Murad Ali Shah and PPP Leadership day night efforts of Labour Department and its team to finalize the draft. They said that we together (workers and employers) are listening each other over policy mutually agreed. The policy boosts the economic activity and progress towards the development of the country, he concluded.
