SC Accepts Bail Plea Of Accused Involved In Kidnapping Of Women

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -7th Sept,2016) : The Supreme Court on Wednesday accepted a bail plea of an accused involved in kidnapping of a woman. The accused Faisal was held for alleged kidnapping of a woman from Peshawar.
The division bench of the court comprising Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Dost Muhammad Khan heard the bail plea.
During the course of proceedings, Justice Dost Muhammad Khan remarked that police should investigate before registration of First Information Report (FIR). The court accepted the bail plea over the statement of alleged kidnapped women.
