LAHORE, (Pakistan Point News - 02nd Feb, 2018) : Jamaat-i-Islami Secretary General Liaquat Baloch and Punjab Ameer Mian Maqsood Ahmad called on Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President Ch Shujat Hussain and senior central leader Ch Parvez Elahi at their residence here Friday and assured support of candidate of Senate from Punjab Assembly Senator Kamil Ali Agha at the request of PML leaders. During the meeting views were exchanged in detail regarding prevailing political situation in the country and future political strategy.
Leaders of both the political parties expressing complete solidarity with the Kashmiris, extending full support for them and condemning in the strongest possible words brutalities and atrocities of occupying Indian force said that international community should uphold promises made with the oppressed Kashmiris on the floor of the United Nations and practical steps should be taken for implementation of the Security Council. Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi on assuring support for Senator Ali Agha expressed heartfelt thanks to Ameer-e-Jamaat Sirajul Haq and Jamaat-i-Islami leaders.
