Hong Kong, (Pakistan Point News – 7th September, 2016) : Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that ties with China have entered a new era following a charm offensive which saw 56 business deals signed. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was in Hong Kong following a week-long trip to China, where he met President Xi Jinping and attended the G20 Summit in Hangzhou. Trudeau said the "hot and cold" nature of relations with Beijing is over and that ties have been reinvigorated. Canada PM said last month Canada will soon join the China-backed Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
