Sheikhupur, (Pakistan Point News - 4th july, 2016) : 2 robbers were killed in suspected police encounter in Labanwala, suburb area of Sheikhupur and 1 killed in Okara police encounter. 2 robbers were killed and 1 escaped while encountering fight with police in Sheikhupur. According to the police, 1 group of robbers was ambushed to rob people when confronted by the police. While counter firing, 2 robbers killed and 1 succeed to escape. Whereas, In Okara 1 robber killed and 2 escaped while encounter with police. According to DPO Faisal Rana Okara, police stopped a motor cycle for routine checking but the assaulters opened fire on police officers.
