ACE Arrest Three Officials Of Civil Courts, Two Goldsmiths

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -5th Sep,2016) : Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) Sargodha claimed to have arrested three officials of civil courts Sargodha and two goldsmiths for tempering judicial record and replacing bounced cheque worth Rs 45 million with a bogus one in an under trial case.
The accused tried to disown the fraud of Rs 45 million on the basis of bogus cheque, already replaced in the record.
Local Court of Sargodha has directed the ACE Sargodha to probe the case. Deputy Director ACE Investigation Sargodha Rehana Farhat and Circle Officer ACE Sargodha Qaisar Riaz found guilty three officials of Civil Courts Sargodha Zeshan Haider, Nasir Naeem, Naqal Navees and two local goldsmiths Haji Muhammad Asghar and Pervaiz Aslam.
All the accused were arrested after formal approval from Director ACE Sargodha Rana Gulzar Ahmad.
