"CHOLAH" Launched In Faisalabad

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd September, 2016) : A ground breaking ceremony of Chen One luxury apartments and homes (CHOLAH) was held here on Friday. Addressing the function, chairmen Chen One Mian Muhammad Latif said "CHOLAH" project would be constructed over five acres of land along scenic Canal Road.
It would provide reliable road connectivity to the provincial and national metropolises, he said and added that three basements had been exclusively allocated for the parking while half of the ground floor will have lobby, restaurant, laundry and service area etc.
He said a grandeur architectural structure consisting of 15 floors will be constructed. From 1st to 15th floors apartments for different sizes and categories would be constructed while the top floor will have tennis court.
Mian Farhan Latif, Director Chen One Group, said free facilities of security, gymnasium and swimming pool would be provided to residents of the apartments while the payment system has been worked out in according to the convenience of the middle class.
Mian Muhammad Idress, former president Federation of the Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), appreciated the project. President Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) Chaudhary Muhammad Nawaz, Azhar Majeed Sheikh of Arzoo Textile, Sheikh Ashfaq Ahmed, former Federal minister Chaudhary Mushtaq Ahmed Cheema, Muhammad Saeed Sheikh, central chairman All Pakistan Textile Processing Mills Association and others were also present.
