ASSE Seminar On Importance Of Safety, Health And Environment

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st September, 2016) : The American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) Pakistan will organize a seminar on 'Importance of Safety, Health and Environment for the Sustainable Development of Pakistan in perspective of Vision 2025' at the Alhamra Cultural Complex Qaddafi Stadium on September 3 (Saturday). The seminar is aimed to assist in promoting safety culture through regulatory reforms, their effective implementation, training and development and public awareness using all forums, including the media.
The ASSE, founded in 1911, is a global association of safety, health and environment professionals who are dedicated to the advancement of its members and the profession through education and advocacy.
The non-profit organization has over 40, 000 members across the globe. The ASSE (Pakistan Chapter) has recently been awarded a charter by the board of Directors (BoD) in the USA to promote safety culture in Pakistan.
