Aitzaz Attaches Hopes With President AJK For Progress Of Kashmir

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31th August, 2016) : Leader of the Opposition in Senate Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan on Wednesday hoped that the newly elected President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) would utilize his abilities and professional skills to steer the liberated territory on the path of progress and prosperity.

"The selection of Masood Khan as President was good and appropriate at a time when the Kashmir dispute was intensifying," he said during a meeting with President AJK in his chamber at Parliament House. Aitzaz Ahsan congratulated Masood Khan and expressed good wishes for him. Masood Khan expressed resolve to raise the issue of Kashmir at all international forums for its solution in accordance with United Nations' resolutions.
