Pak Post Earned Rs 441.707 Mln Through Remittance Services During
2014-15

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -30th Augst,2016) : Pakistan Post Office has earned an amount of Rs. 441.707 million through its remittance services for citizens during fiscal year 2014-15. The department collected Rs.
324.984 million through issuance of inland money orders, Rs. 27.58 million by selling Pakistan Postal orders, Rs. 26.59 million through urgent money orders/fax money orders, Rs. 3.731 million by electronic money orders and Rs.
58.822 million through western union. Pakistan Post Office provides fast facilities for remittances of money to cater for the present day's requirements of postal clientele. Currently they are providing remittance services of Ordinary Money Orders, Postal Orders, Urgent Money Orders, Fax Money Orders, Electronic Money Orders, Postal Draft and Pakistan Post E-remittances through western union, an official of Pak Post told APP.
It has embarked on a journey of progressive changes and better services, racing with the time and inspiring the traditions of growth and achievements. Speed, service, reliability and customer's confidence are constituents of today's postal work philosophy, he said adding, determination coupled with dedication is the new spirit for serving the growing needs of postal clientele.
