9 Clinics Sealed For Violating Drug Rules

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th August, 2016) : District Administration Islamabad has sealed nine illegal clinics running in contravention of drug rules in various areas of Federal capital.
According to detail, Assistant Commissioner (Shalimar) and AC (Potohar) conducted surprise inspections of drug outlets in the rural areas and sealed nine clinics being run illegally in Mera Aabadi, Shams Colony and sector G-11. The sources within district administration said that campaign against quacks has been expedited and against those involved in non-compliance of drugs rules and regulations.
The medical equipment being used at these clinics was found sub-standard and hygienic conditions of clinics were also found unsatisfactory.
Some of clinics were also displaying boards of BP test and Sugar test in violations of rules. The Names of sealed clinics are Shah Jee Medical Center, Aljadoon Clinic, Bacha Jee Medical store, Al noor hospital, M.
Suhail clinic, Family clinic, Khawateen Clinic etc. The health authorities has directed the drug store owners to follow the drug rules failing which stern action would be taken against violators.
