Officer appointed to probe charge of misconduct against ADJ

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th August, 2016) : A judge of High Court of Sindh has appointed Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro as Inquiry Officer to conduct inquiry against Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Munir Ahmed Khaskheli, under suspension on the charge of `mis-conduct'.

According to an order of Registrar Sindh High Court, the inquiry shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973, said an official statement on Monday. The report of the inquiry should be forwarded to the authorised officer within 15 days of conclusion of proceedings, the statement added.
