Market Committee Issues Price List Of Vegetables, Fruits

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -29th Augst,2016) : The Islamabad Market Committee on Monday issued the daily price list of vegetables and fruits. According to a spokesman, the rate list of vegetables in Islamabad except for Jinnah Super, Super and Kohsar Markets is as under: Potato per kilogram is Rs 40, Onion Rs 29, Tomato 42, Ginger Rs 205, Garlic (China) Rs 270, Garlic Desi 275, Lemon Rs 130, Lady Finger Rs 50, Green Zucchini Rs 50, Pumpkin Rs 35, Brinjal Rs 35, Peas Rs 180, Farsh Bean Rs 65, Tanda Walaiti Rs 72, Cucumber Rs 44, Capsicum Rs 98/70, Green Chilli Rs 46, Cauliflower Rs 78/60, Cabbage Rs 55, Bitter gourd Rs 55, Spinach Rs 25/18, Radish Rs 32, Turnip Rs 68, Yam Rs 60, Maroo Rs 55, Carrot Rs 86, Chicken Rs 120 and Egg per dozen Rs 102.
Likewise, he said that rates of fruits per kilogram of high and medium quality in Islamabad are as follows: Apple Gaja Rs 100/60, Apple China Rs 185/150, Apple New Zealand Rs 255/225, Banana Pak Rs 80/48, Pear China Rs 155/130, Grapes 150/125, Gava Rs 85/60, Pear Desi Rs 74/50, Peach Rs 100/75, Garma Rs 68/45, Mango Najri Rs 74/58, Mango Nawabpuri Rs 110/80, Mango Chaunsa White Rs 130/85, Mango Chaunsa Black Rs 78/58 and Mango Ratool Rs 118/80. The spokesman has asked all the people to follow this list and inform authorities at 051-4867762 in case of any compliant against shopkeepers
