Thousands Attended Pro-freedom Rallies In Bandipora

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -29th Augst,2016) : Thousands of people participated in anti-India and pro-freedom rallies organised by the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) in Bandipora district in occupied Kashmir. According to Kashmir Media Service, People from Ajas and adjacent areas assembled at Jamia Masjid Ajas and raised anti-India and pro-freedom slogans. APHC Chairman Syed Ali Gilani addressed the rally over telephone from held Srinagar.He appealed the people to remain steadfast.During his address, people pledged to continue the ongoing movement.
APHC Bandipora District President while addressing the rally announced that around 20 pro-India activists including many Panchyat members have resigned from their parties and joined the freedom struggle. Meanwhile, thousands of people from adjoining areas reached Kansoo Ashmuji where a mass rally was addressed by several local pro-freedom leaders.
Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Kulgam Chief Mohammad Shaban Dar, deputy Fayaz Ahmad Rather and another local leader Mohammad Ramzan Shaikh addressed the rally.
