AHMEDABAD: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-June 12nd, 2025) An Air India Boeing 787 aircraft carrying 242 passengers crashed near Ahmedabad Airport on Thursday during takeoff, the local media reported.
The flight was en route to London when the incident occurred. The local authorities have not yet confirmed the cause of the crash, and an investigation is currently underway.
Following the incident, all roads surrounding the airport have been closed as a safety measure, and rescue teams have reached the crash site to begin relief operations.
