Seven Injured Over Water Dispute In Tambo

DERA MURAD JAMALI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th August, 2016) : At least seven people suffered injuries in an armed clash between two groups over a water dispute in Tambo area of Nasirabad district, on Friday. The police sources said that two tribal groups developed a dispute over canal water distribution issue in village Goth Abdul Rehman in Tehsil Tambo.
"The two groups developed dispute over distribution of Balan Shakh canal and attacked with clubs and opened fire at each others," they said, adding that as a result, seven of them suffered wounds.
The police rushed to the site and injured were taken to hospital.
The wounded were identified as Muhammad Aslam Sasoli, Muhammad Sharif, Abdul Aziz, Ali Ahmed, Siraj Ahmed, Haji Badal Khan and Abdul Malik. According to doctors, condition of some injured was critical who had been referred to Larkana Civil Hospital for medical treatment. The police have lodged case against the accused. Further probe was underway.
