Shuhada Trust established at BHC

QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -25th Augst,2016) : A meeting of judges was held with Chief Justice, Balochistan High Court, Mr. Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai which directed establishing Shuhada Trust with immediate effect to deal with matters pertaining to families of martyr judges and lawyers.

The meeting was attended by all judges of the high court which reached consensus that three days salary of the judges of the high court, two days salary of judges of subordinate judiciary and one day salary of staff of courts which was calculated to Rs 10 million would be donated to Shuhada Trust.

The trust will provide financial assistance to families and children of martyr lawyers.
