Market Committee Issues Price List Of Vegetables, Fruits

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -25th Augst,2016) : The Islamabad Market Committee on Thursday issued the daily price list of vegetables and fruits. According to a spokesman, the rate list of vegetables in Islamabad except for Jinnah Super, Super and Kohsar Markets is as under: Potato per kilogram is Rs 37, Onion Rs 28, Tomato 40, Ginger Rs 150, Garlic (China) Rs 265, Garlic Desi 255, Lemon Rs 128, Lady Finger Rs 58, Green Zucchini Rs 46, Pumpkin Rs 40, Brinjal Rs 33, Peas Rs 155, Farsh Bean Rs 65, Tanda Walaiti Rs 72, Cucumber Rs 45, Capsicum Rs 68/55, Green Chilli Rs 38, Cauliflower Rs 75/55, Cabbage Rs 44, Bitter gourd Rs 52, Spinach Rs 46, Radish Rs 34, Turnip Rs 54, Yam Rs 52, Maroo Rs 55, Carrot Rs 110, Chicken Rs 120 and Egg per dozen Rs 105.
Likewise, he said that rates of fruits per kilogram of high and medium quality in Islamabad are as follows: Apple Gaja Rs 77/55, Apple China Rs 192/150, Apple New Zealand Rs 260/230, Banana Pak Rs 80/45, Pear China Rs 155/120, Grapes 150/125, Gava Rs 72/50, Peer Desi Rs 76/50, Peach Rs 90/65, Mango Najri Rs 74/55, Mango Nawabpuri Rs 105/75, Mango Chaunsa White Rs 120/85, Mango Chaunsa Black Rs 65/45 and Mango Ratool Rs 108/70. The spokesman has asked all the people to follow this list and inform authorities at 051-4867762 in case of any compliant against shopkeepers
