IHC women lawyer files complaint in PBC against two lawyers

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th August, 2016) : A women lawyer Shamin Chaudhry Wednesday filed a complaint in the Pakistan Bar Council against two lawyers Advocate Ansar and Advocate Zafar Khokhar for misbahaving with her over the renovation issue of a lawyer chamber.

According to the complainant, she alleged that both the lawyers misbhaved with her even they damaged her under construction chamber in the vicinity of the district courts Islamabad in Sector F-8/Markaz. They also took construction material with them including steel sheets.

In her complaint, she alleged that they also beaten up workers and mason who were busy in the construction of the chamber. "I was also manhandled and hassled around and as a result I sustained injury on my arm", she said. She requested the supreme body of the lawyers to take disciplinary action against them.
