19 motorcycles recovered, 2 held

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th August, 2016) : Model Town Anti-Vehicle Lifting Staff (AVLS) arrested two gangsters and recovered 19 motorcyclists from them. A AVLS team, headed by DSP Model Town Saleem Mukhtar, arrested Haider Ali (ring leader) and Zaheer Abbas and recovered motorcycles from them.

During investigation, the accused confessed to lifting motorcycles from areas including Model Town, Liaqatabad, Garden Town, Township, Factory Area, Gulberg, Faisal Town, Ichhra, Green Town etc. SSP Investigation Hassan Mushtaq Sukhaira announced cash rewards and commendatory certificates for the police team.
