Izharuddin Of MQM Elected In LB Polls In Karachi West

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th August, 2016) : In the last phase of the local bodies elections in the metropolis on Wednesday, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) candidate Izharuddin was declared elected according to unofficial results.
The District Returning Officer Karachi West said that Izharuddin secured 36 votes. According to unofficial results, MQM's Rehan Hashmi was elected as chairman unopposed in District Central whereas Saeed Shakir was elected as Vice-Chairman.
