Seven arrested, drugs seized

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -24th Augst,2016) : The district police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested seven accused,including three suspects, and recovered narcotics and weapons. Police said Asma, Sehar, Omer Saeed and Faizan were arrested by police after checking a vehicle at motorway interchange and recovered 4-kg hashish.

Meanwhile, police with other law enforcement agencies conducted a research operation at Chak 51-NB Canal Bridge and adjoining areas besides arresting three suspects and recovered a rifle, a pistol and 27 rounds. Police have registered separate cases against the accused.
