Market Committee Issues Price List Of Vegetables, Fruits

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -24th Augst,2016) : The Islamabad Market Committee on Wednesday issued the daily price list of vegetables and fruits. According to a spokesman, the rate list of vegetables in Islamabad except for Jinnah Super, Super and Kohsar Markets is as under: Potato per kilogram is Rs 36, Onion Rs 28, Tomato 44, Ginger Rs 118, Garlic (China) Rs 275, Garlic Desi 255, Lemon Rs 110, Lady Finger Rs 48, Green Zucchini Rs 55, Pumpkin Rs 44, Brinjal Rs 25, Peas Rs 160, Farsh Bean Rs 66, Tanda Walaiti Rs 60 Tanda Desi Rs 72, Cucumber Rs 45, Capsicum Rs 75/55, Green Chilli Rs 56, Cauliflower Rs 80/55, Cabbage Rs 45, Bitter gourd Rs 55, Spinach Rs 30/18, Radish Rs 28, Turnip Rs 58, Yam Rs 50, Maroo Rs 54, Carrot Rs 110, Chicken Rs 117 and Egg per dozen Rs 105.

Likewise, he said that rates of fruits per kilogram of high and medium quality in Islamabad are as follows: Apple Gaja Rs 80/55, Apple China Rs 195/160, Apple New Zealand Rs 255/240, Banana Pak Rs 80/45, Pear China Rs 160/130, Grapes 150/125, Gava Rs 78/55, Peer Desi Rs 82/55, Peach Rs 92/70, Mango Najri Rs 69/50, Mango Nawabpuri Rs 100/75, Mango Chaunsa White Rs 115/80, Mango Chaunsa Black Rs 58/45 and Mango Ratool Rs 120/80.
