Talal condemns attack on media houses in Karachi

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23th August, 2016) : PML-N Member of the National Assembly Talal Chaudhry has strongly condemned attacks on media houses in Karachi. Talking to a private news channel, he said the ban on the media coverage of speeches of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain was justified for using derogatory language against the country and national institutions.

He should apologize to the nation, he added. The MNA said the matter regarding ban on MQM chief's speeches was sub-judice. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), he said, respected the MQM's mandate given by the people of Karachi.
