ISLAMABAD: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-July 23rd, 2024) Pakistan People's Party (PPP) approached the Supreme Court to challenge a previous full court decision regarding the allocation of reserved seats to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
This move by the PPP comes after a similar petition was filed by the PML-N.
Representing the PPP, Farooq H. Naik submitted a review petition seeking reconsideration of the decision concerning the reserved seats. The PPP contested the Supreme Court's ruling made on July 12 concerning the allocation of these seats and requested a fresh review.
