Mepco Starts Implementing Govt Package For Tube-wells

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th August, 2016) : Multan Electric Power Company (Mepco) has started implementing government package for tube-well owners. According to a press release issued here on Monday, Mepco was issuing bills to tube-wells at the rate of Rs 5.
35 per unit.
However, the subsidy would not be given to those consumer who had not paid their pending bills till July 31, 2016. The connections of defaulters would be disconnected without any discrimination, the release warned.
