Anti-polio Drive Beings In Faisalabad

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22th August, 2016) : A three-day anti-polio drive began in the district on Monday during which 1.3 million children will be administered anti-polio drops. A spokesman of the health department said that 3003 anti-polio teams had been constituted to administer polio vaccine to more than 1.
3 million children under five years of age in Faisalabad district. The drive will continue by August 24, whereas August 25 and 26 would be observed as 'Sweeping Days' for leftover children, he added.
