ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Augst,2016) : Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, has said that India turned the Kashmir Valley into a big slaughter house where people especially youth are being killed on daily basis. Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar said that for the last one and a half month 82 killings and besieging the entire population had turned the Valley into a big slaughter house, where people especially youth were martyred on daily basis, KMS reported. "We can't sit idle and watch this carnage going on without any pause but will fight this brutality at every front," he said. The APHC Chairman strongly condemned the cold blooded murder of four civilians at Aaripanthan in Badgam and a 30-year-old lecturer, Shabir Ahmad Mungoo, in Khrew area of Pulwama. He said, "The armed forces have started a new tactics of harassing people.
They enter into mosques and announce about the protests, when people come out they smash their houses and beat them to pulp." In a similar incident like this forces ransacked the locality of Khrew, barging into houses, beating inmates and dragging this innocent lecture from his house, frisking him away at 11 pm and handing over his dead body at 1 am, he stated. Syed Ali Gilani termed the action as the worst kind of barbarism and brutality a human being can be subjected to.
"This new definition of Indian democracy should be a harsh slap on the face of those who still think Kashmir to be the integral part of India," he added. Commenting on the reports that the Amnesty International is closing down its offices and suspending its activities in India after threats from the Hindu extremists, the APHC Chairman said.
